With a large spectrum of businesses going from HR, Legal, Audit, sustainability… to IS teams like security, Management office etc, we try to help improve and digitalize all the ecosystem of GEMS. Thus we regulary have to incubate new initiatives with proof of concept and prototypes and develop new solutions hand in hand with maintaining existing ones.Role:As a IS Technical Leader :Promoting a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvementRaising teammates' awareness of best practices (Agility, testing, code review, continuous integration & deployment, peer/mob programming)Improvement in the quality of deliverables while maintaining development velocityLegacy code refactoring projectsTechnical debt reduction projectsSpreading of this culture through Kata sessions and Brown Bag LunchesIntervene at all stages of any project life cycle when necessary (Archi/dev/support)Hard skills:Must have:Communication and leadership Software architecture and systems testing Technical guidance and decision-making skillsQuality assurance Problem solving and innovation Application lifecycle managementTechnical and applicative architectureKnowledge about IS infrastructure (Cloud, Containerization)Deep understanding of .NET framework and related technologiesExpertise in Angular for front-end developmentKnowledge of relevant databases, server-side technologies, and cloud platformsSoftware craftmanship Good to have:Agile methodologiesDevopsPython Soft skills:Must have:LeadershipBusiness orientationCommunicationAbility to establish credibility, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceConceptual and practical thinking Taking initiativesWorking togetherCoaching attitudeDeveloping others Education and professional background:Master’s degree in engineering with a proven specialty in IT or equivalent.Previous experience (Over 2 years) in IS as Technical Leader, Over 10 years’ experience. Languages:English mandatoryFrenchTravels:The position is based in Paris, with regular trips to Brussels If you meet these requirements, then you are the talent we are looking for.
