Responsibilities


GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION / MISSION 



Define and have a clear IT strategy with regular tactical updates
Provide strategic directions for IT Systems, that will support the Business in its future Operating Model
Advise the business in defining the Operating Model and Business Process Engineering.
Play a major role in the Digitalization journey of AGS by anticipating business 
Manage the ERP (SAP) application for AGS to ensure business continuity without any disruption across AGS worldwide network.
Proactively manage the development requests from business for improved efficiency of operations
Define the Programs and Projects to build the Enterprise Architecture, define Budgets, resources, priorities and dependencies during deployment into the business. Validate the plans with the business owners 
Automation of reporting and dashboards using RPA & AI.
being updated on evolutions to facilitate future IT evolutions: RPA, AI. Big data, IOT etc
Ensure necessary alignment of IT solutions with the business and business owners, take care of standardization, integration, scalability and flexibility of these solutions
Develop collaboration, best practices and synergies across all AGS and Pro-actively advise the senior management on the emerging technologies.
Experience of working in multicultural teams and of working successfully with external service providers in a multi-sourced environment

ACTIVITIES



Implement Portfolio and Program Management and Governance to drive and control the execution of major IT investments.
Ensure Cyber security of the system across the network using group guidelines and procedures
Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
Ensure proper IT infrastructure management using group resources 
Define, get validated, manage and control the IT budget on behalf of the Business Owners. 
Support the change management on business side, related to changes in the IT Landscape (deployment and roll-out of major new IT systems, …)
Management of Infrastructure and SAP environment by ensuring quality of service and assure business continuity
Interfaces with SAP to allow efficient interaction between different business partners
Include the overall Group IT objectives and directions/standards in the plans and budgets, promote benchmarking, sharing and reuse
Ensure Access Rights are effectively controlled in SAP environment. 
Based on business priorities, define target planning to execute the IT plan
Steer the IT/IS organization in his daily tasks of managing the projects and the change requests for the current IT systems, and of managing the support and maintenance activities in the framework of IT Service Level Agreements.
Monitor IT/IS organization efficiency, cost performance and quality performance
Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage the internal stakeholders and ensures the coordination with external partners involved
Ensure the right technical choices are done in SAP portfolio (ERP, CRM, SCM, PI for instance) to cover adequately business needs
In future, develop and work within the defined SOX & ITGC frameworks. Ensure no gaps in ITGC SOX audits 
MIS to the management with dashboards on weekly basis on the IT projects update and activities

Profile



Master’s degree in IT
Strong background and knowledge of SAP
Experience working with Cloud technologies (Azure)
Knowledge and experience of some programming and scripting languages.
Knowledge of RPA , PowerBI, ChatGPT
Vendor Management
IT IS Governance 
IT IS operations
Change management
IT IS budget control
IT IS Service Level Management
Strategic, tactical and operational management experience of at least 7+ years 
Strong background and knowledge of SAP
Experience in managing an offshore support/ outsourcing partner
Fluency in English, French is considered as a plus
