Bouygues Bâtiment International est à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) à Project Manager sur un projet dans sa succursale basée aux Philippines. Dans ce cadre, plusieurs missions vous seront proposées :- Préparation de chantier :• Aide aux choix des méthodes• Aide à la Définition des moyens : matériel, main d’œuvre.• Participe à l’établissement du Plan d’installation de chantier.• Programme des travaux à 5 semaines.• Préparations des procédures particulières d’exécution des travaux.• Prépare les commandes pour la part des travaux qui lui sont confiés.• Participe et suivi le budget prévisionnel de sa zone. • Organise et mène des sous-traitants pour la part des travaux qui lui sont confiés - Contrat : • Assure le suivi des rapports journaliers.• Remonte les informations au MDBI PM pour la préparation des courriers et la correspondance contractuelle.• Assure la veille contractuelle et alerte la Direction du chantier sur les risques. - Exécution/contrôle : • Garant de la remontée systématique des indicateurs hebdomadaires.• Veille aux respects hebdomadaires des indicateurs.• Responsable de la tenue de la réunion interne et diffuse le compte-rendu systématiquement.• S’assure que les moyens sont mis en place dans le respect (qualité, coût, délais)• Suivi budgétaire de sa zone, prévisions, situations de travaux• Conduite et coordination des travaux.• Gestion sous-traitants et suivi de leurs contrôles (plan de surveillance)• Etablit les demandes d’agrément (fiche produit) pour sa part de travaux• Il veille au respect des consignes de sécurité - Modifications : • Détecte et alerte sur les modifications par rapport aux exigences contractuelles.• Réalise une traçabilité des modifications et travaux supplémentaires.• Quantifie l’incidence planning des modifications.• Assure le suivi des remises de devis de TS et commandes de TS. Gestion documentaire : • Assure l’interface chantier – Département Technique.• Participe et représente le chantier aux réunions techniques internes. • Participe à l’élaboration du Planning Etude.• Assure le suivi et le reporting du planning Etude.• Assure la diffusion et le suivi des plans d’exécutions et fiches techniques à ses équipes.• Etablissement des rapports journaliers Fin de chantier:• Participe à la rédaction du rapport de fin de chantier• Participe au dossier de récolement• Organise une pré-réception des travaux qui lui sont confiés• Suit les levées de réserve• Participe au point 99 %

This is great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that is challenging the industry and making history.Assisting with the design process coordination, planning and programming requirements for assigned work packages within a designated area to ensure construction activities are delivered safely and in accordance with client cost, time, quality and scope requirements. Preparation:• Checks dimensions design data early, raising technical queries to eliminate delays from insufficient information;• Responsible for supporting the production of methods statements and risk assessments to be approved by supervising engineers;• Measures materials usage and provides quantity information for preparation of material call off/requisitions;• Manages the survey equipment ensuring it is suitable for the works and in calibration so that there are no dimensional control errors due to survey equipment.Construction:• Adopts and promotes a culture of ‘right first time’;• Files and maintains the engineer’s drawings and specifications so that the current information is always available;• Interprets and abstracts construction information from the drawings and specifications and provides this to the supervisors and operatives in a clear and understandable way using sketches;• Effectively communicate technical information to the workforce and liaise with all functions and support services in a timely and accurate manner;• Takes on the role of temporary works supervisor for their section of works and ensures temporary works are identified and the correct procedure is applied.Control:• Provides dimensional control for a section of works;• Implements the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) ensuring that evidence and witness sign off is achieved at every step;• Carries out quality control checks using internal check sheets where appropriate;• Raises Non- Conformance Reports (NCR) for all non-conformances and reports potential non- conformances.Completion:• Undertakes as built surveys for a section of the works and presents results in format that can be included in project records if required;• Collates and files quality records for potential inclusion in quality assurance documentation;• Provide feedback to supervising engineers/managers on the effectiveness of materials, specialist contractors, plant and designers being used on site.

Bylor have already broken the UK record for the largest continuous concrete pour of 9,000m3 of concrete.This is great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that is challenging the industry and making history.Purpose of the role:Help maintain the P6 environment to the planning standards, technically support the BYLOR planning team, and encourage planning best practice.Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:Help in providing P6 technical support and resolving P6 technical challenges;Managing access for newly joining/departing Planners on the platform;Creating P6 user accounts and supporting users in troubleshooting;Managing the Enterprise data (Baselines, EPS, OBS, Project/Activity Codes, Resources, Calendars etc.);Support with importing contractors’ schedules (XERs) into the P6 Database;Managing the weekly and monthly programme update cycles;Performing schedule Quality Assurance analysis;Setting and updating P6’s filters & layouts;Extracting programme data and preparing weekly and month end reports;Provision of schedule reporting data sets to feed project reporting systems and data analysis tools;Preparation of Ad-hoc schedule data reports as required;Liaising with the client on all aspects related to the shared database.

This Tier 2 is responsible for the fabrication and installation of Stainless-Steel components for the RPE Sumps, RBS Tanks, RRI Tanks and IRWST Pools across site. This is a challenging role within a high-pressure environment where no two days are the same and presents a great opportunity for growth and personal development.Purpose of the role:Assisting the Project Manager withPlanning and reporting requirements;Managing / coordinating daily site activities for assigned work packages within a designated area;Being the coordinator of all interfaces : gathering the needs / requirements of all parties to ensure construction activities; are delivered safely and in accordance with client cost, time, quality and scope requirements.Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:     Review the method statements and risk assessments and ensure these are implemented/followed during the production;Creation and review of VTS;Ensures that appropriate as built surveys are undertaken, correctly recorded and communicated;Follow up on Non- Conformance Reports (NCR) / Request For Information (RFI) / Field Change Request (FCR);Implements the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) ensuring that evidence and witness sign off is achieved at every step;Ensures quality records are created by the Tier 2 in line with production and co-ordinates reviews by BYLOR and NNB;Supports the resolution of issues identified by BYLOR Surveillance team;Carries out quality control checks using internal check sheets where appropriate;Adopts and promotes a culture of ‘right first time’;Files and maintains the engineer’s drawings and specifications so that the current information is always available;If required, interprets and extracts construction information from the drawings and specifications and provides this to the supervisors and operatives in a clear and understandable way;Coordinate with temporary works team to ensure temporary works are identified and the correct procedure is applied;Effectively communicate technical information to the workforce and liaise with all functions and support services in a timely and accurate manner;Ensure daily site activities coordination/organization.

Central Kowloon Route (“CKR”) is a dual three-lane carriageway with a total length of 4.7km, linking Yau Ma Tei Interchange of West Kowloon with Kai Tak Development Area and road network of Kowloon Bay, forming a trunk road across central Kowloon. The CKR is an alternative express route, alleviating the traffic congestion of the existing major east-west transport corridors in central Kowloon.As the main contractor for the project, Dragages Hong Kong will be responsible for the design and construction of the Central Kowloon Route. The company's experience in constructing tunnels, bridges, and highways will be invaluable in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.You will be responsible for providing support to the project director in the civil works industry to ensure that every stakeholder can be updated on the project. You will play a crucial role in monitoring project performance, providing regular reports in every aspect (technical, safety, financial...). A ce titre Razel Water Solutions a remporté un appel d'offres dans le cadre d'un financement de la coopération luxembourgeoise pour un projet d'alimentation en eau de l'île de Brava, au Cap Vert.En collaboration avec ses partenaires Razel Water Solutions va mettre en oeuvre une unité d'osmose inverse, une alimentation par panneaux solaires, des conduites d'adduction et des réservoirs de stockage d'eau afin d'améliorer la desserte en eau potable de l'île.Dans le cadre de ce projet, Razel Water Solutions recrute un(e) VIE pour assister le chef de projet qui sera en charge de la réalisation des travaux sur l'île (F/H). MISSIONS :Vous participez activement à la réalisation du Projet et assistez le chef de projet dans ses missions.
